A complete breakdown of what’s included in every KDG Cleaning Services package, along with add-on services, pricing, and service limitations.
Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
Designed to prepare an empty property for its next occupant. Includes top-to-bottom detail cleaning across every room, with special attention to kitchens, bathrooms, and laundry areas.
Kitchen
- Remove cobwebs
- Clean fans reachable with a 3-step ladder
- Clean interior windows & window sills
- Clean inside all cabinets
- Clean front of all cabinets
- Clean above cabinets
- Clean inside all drawers
- Clean inside dishwasher, including filter
- Clean stove top
- Clean inside oven
- Clean behind oven (Management to pull unit out prior to arrival)
- Clean countertops
- Clean inside & outside of microwave, including filters (if reusable)
- Clean inside fridge (all shelves, compartments, and freezer)
- Clean appliance exteriors
- Clean behind fridge (Management to pull unit out prior to arrival)

Deep Cleaning
Our most detailed cleaning service — high dusting, full-room detail, and complete kitchen & bathroom reset. Recommended for homes that need more than a light refresh.
All Rooms — High Dusting
- Dust fans that can be reached on a 3-step ladder
- Dust light fixtures (chandeliers excluded)
- Clean inside windows
- Clean window sills
- Dust all accessible furniture
- Clean all glass
- Clean & disinfect light switches
- Clean baseboards
- Remove any trash in cans and replace with liners
- Vacuum floors
- Mop all hard surface floors
Kitchen — High Dusting
- Clean fans that can be reached on a 3-step ladder
- Dust light fixtures (chandeliers excluded)
- Clean inside windows
- Clean window sills
- Clean all glass
- Load dishwasher if applicable
- Clean backsplash
- Clean & disinfect microwave inside, outside & underneath
- Clean counters
- Clean stove hood (exterior only)
- Clean stove top
- Clean stove grates
- Clean broiling drawer
- Polish all stainless steel
- Clean & disinfect light switches
- Clean appliance exteriors (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, coffee pot, toaster, etc.)

Bathrooms — High Dusting
- Clean vents / exhaust fans
- Dust light fixtures (chandeliers excluded)

- Clean & disinfect toilet (make sure to reach behind)
- Clean and scrub shower head
- Clean and scrub shower head hose
- Clean and scrub soap holder
- Clean & scrub shower walls
- Clean & scrub shower doors
- Clean & disinfect bathtub
- Clean & disinfect sinks
- Clean & disinfect light switches
- Clean baseboards
- Remove any trash in cans and replace with liners
- Vacuum floors
- Mop all hard surface floors
- Change clean sheets (a clean pair of sheets must be placed on bed before arrival — we do not do laundry or search for bed sheets)
Things We Are Unable to Do
We do our best to meet the needs of our clients; however, the following items fall outside our standard service scope.
Service Limitations
- Guarantee the results of blind dusting
- Wash / load / put away dishes
- Empty diaper genies / diaper pails
- Wipe light bulbs and delicate glass fixtures
- Use homemade cleaning products
- Move furniture to clean, or any item over 15 lbs
- Change linens
- Step higher than a 3-step stepladder
- Wash walls, scrub walls, or scrub baseboards
- Closets — unless specifically agreed upon by KGD and the customer (or when performing a move-in / move-out clean)
- Clean biohazards (blood, mold, bodily fluids) — we can handle this, but pricing differs as a trained crew is required
- Remove high levels of trash / debris
- Clean up pet waste
- Clean inside washer / dryers
- Clean inside dishwashers
- Clean cat litter box (including excess on floor)
- Use our vacuum on pet-soiled carpet
- Clean insects / rodents / rodent droppings
- Clean hard-to-reach or high areas that are not accessible with our extension duster
- Clean fully stocked refrigerators / freezers (we will be happy to clean if emptied)
Please Note: Carpet cleaning and tile & grout cleaning are not included in any cleaning package. If you would like a quote, we would be happy to provide one — this is a separate service.
